Prince Fatty presents Jamaica Funk

Sound System culture started in Jamaica and was exported around the world in the 70s. At the time in New York rap was born from the influence of Jamaican sound systems in the Bronx.,,in the UK both exploded on the scene

Prince Fatty is famous for reggae versions of hip hop classics such as Shimmy Shimmy Ya as used in the famous Breakin Bad series and Insane in the membrane ( a personal favourite of Cypress Hill producer DJ Muggs )

The concept is simple classic Hip Hop and Soul accapellas mixed against classic reggae riddims and Reggae vocals mixed over dope east coast instrumentals.

Featuring Prince Fatty at the controls with MC Horseman and special guests Shniece and Flavia Coelho !
